Aside from this form, the site does not actively collect other personal data, other than the technical connection data automatically generated by the server (IP address, connection logs) needed for the site’s security and operation.

The information you provide through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on the correspondence.

Personal data submitted through the contact form is accessible only to ECGS staff authorised to handle enquiries.
It may also be processed by ECGS staff responsible for the internal servers on which the site and mailbox are hosted, since this infrastructure is operated in-house rather than through an external provider.
Duration of retention
Data submitted through the contact form is kept for 3 years from the last exchange], unless a longer retention period is required by law.
